  • Fr. Christopher Metropulos to Lead Pilgrimage to the Holy Land

    Hellenic College students and supporters are invited to join HCHC President Fr. Christopher Metropulos on a journey of faith to the Holy Land (with a possible extension to Constantinople to visit the Ecumenical Patriarchate), January 4-11, 2019.   • HCHC Students Again Participate in Concordia Annual Summit

    For the second year in a row, a group of Hellenic College and Holy Cross students joined Rev. Fr. Christopher Metropulos, HCHC President, at the Concordia Annual Summit, which was held in New York City September 24-26. The Hellenic students were Magdelini Drivas, Diana Khalil, Nicholas Metropulos, and Evangelia Zampeti. Representing Holy Cross were Irene Haji-Georgi, Harold Jacobsen, and Adam Murphy. Concordia is a highly influential nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that seeks to build effective partnerships between governments, NGOs, and the private sector.   • HCHC Appoints New Director of CrossRoad Summer Institute

    Hellenic College Holy Cross is pleased to announce the appointment of Kyra Limberakis as Director of the CrossRoad Summer Institute. Kyra has served the program in many capacities since 2014 – as program staff, Assistant and Associate Director, and was a participant herself in 2009. She received her MTS from Boston College's School of Theology and Ministry where she focused her studies in youth and young adult ministry, and BA from Villanova University in Communications.   • Fr. Pentiuc Teaches in the Holy Land

    Rev. Dr. Eugen J. Pentiuc, Archbishop Demetrios Professor of Biblical Studies and Christian Origins at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, organized and led a three-week course this summer in the Holy Land. The course, In the Footsteps of Jesus, was offered by Boston College School of Theology and Ministry in conjunction with École Biblique et Archéologique Française (EBAF) in Jerusalem, and was funded in part by a generous grant from the Lilly Foundation through the Association of Theological Schools.
